Registration

Registering your child at Amity ELC is simple and easy. 

To begin, please fill in your details in the ‘Contact Us’ section on our website and a member of our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a tour of our wonderful Centre and to further guide you through our process. Alternatively, parents can contact us on telephone at 04-513-9670 or via email admissions@amityelc.ae. 

To complete the registration process, a non-refundable registration fee of 2,500AED will be payable (1,000AED will be offset against the term fee payment).   

We also require copies of the following documents to be submitted:

• Complete and submit the Amity ELC Registration form
• A copy of the child/parents’ passport and UAE residence visa (residence visa to be submitted as soon as available)
• A copy of your child’s birth certificate in English or Arabic
• A copy of each side of the child/parents’ Emirates ID (to be submitted as soon as available)
• A passport-size photograph of child/mother/father
• A copy of the child/parents’ passport and residence visa (residence visa to be submitted as soon as available)
• A copy of your child’s health record/immunization record

We will also provide you with the following in-house forms to be filled and submitted:

• Child Medical Form
• Child Profile Form ( required for baby level only)
• Emergency Contact/Authorised Pick-Up Person

Please scan and email all your documents to admissions@amityelc.ae along with the registration fee.
